Payment
All amounts stated on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Aquanife accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Aquanife uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery
We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-5 business days. When ordering on weekends and holidays, the item will be shipped the first business day. When ordering on weekdays before 12.00:XNUMX, the item will be shipped the same day.

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - except the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All goods are delivered with GLS unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.

The return period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are liable for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is your responsibility.

We must be notified of your withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase, and we must receive the order no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your right of withdrawal.

The notification must be given by email at info@aquanife.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to Aquanife to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.

Warranty
According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. Warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Aquanife within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. One month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect operating of the product.

Aquanife will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on delivery.

Privacy Policy
When you purchase a product and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we treat your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by Aquanife. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

How to file a complaint
You can send an email to info@aquanife.com or call 40 34 13 25 if you want to contact us, have questions or want to file a complaint.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to find a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following options to complain:

  • Center for Complaints Resolution, via the complaints portal at the House of Appeals. Go to the complaints portal.
  • Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
  • If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.

When filing a complaint, you must inform/use our Aquanife.
